Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for a monetary refund.

Order Cancellations

If you request to cancel your order, no refund will be issued. If your cancellation is approved, you will receive store credit for the value of your purchase. Store credit may be used toward a future order and is non-transferable.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the problem if the error occurred on our part.
